Acceptable Use Policy

Operating guidelines for checkout tills, WhatsApp WaOrder messaging, and Ayra AI Agent by Corpela Inc. (corpela.com), Islamabad, Pakistan.

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of the Entellra platform, cloud POS hardware interfaces, WhatsApp WaOrder commerce channels, and Ayra AI Agent software provided by Corpela Inc.

2. Permitted Uses

Entellra is provided strictly for legitimate food service, restaurant, cafe, hospitality, and enterprise food retail operations, including:

  • Counter checkout billing, cash session reconciliation, and table ordering.
  • Kitchen ticket dispatch to Kitchen Display System (KDS) panels.
  • Opt-in WhatsApp order confirmations, guest reservations, and customer loyalty messaging.
  • Autonomous voice call handling and vendor PO creation via Ayra AI Agent.

3. Prohibited Conduct & WhatsApp Anti-Spam Rules

Operators using Entellra must NOT:

  • Send unsolicited marketing spam or promotional broadcasts over WhatsApp WaOrder channels to users who have not opted in.
  • Use Ayra AI Agent to mislead guests or engage in deceptive transaction processing.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise Entellra local offline network sync tokens.
  • Process transactions for illegal goods, unauthorized financial services, or prohibited items.

4. Enforcement & Account Suspension

Corpela Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Entellra services for operators found in violation of this policy. To report a policy violation, contact: compliance@corpela.com.
