1. Information We Collect

Corpela Inc. collects information necessary to deliver cloud POS billing, kitchen routing, guest reservations, and AI agent automation for restaurant operators using Entellra:

  • Operator & Account Information: Name, work email address, phone number, billing information, and outlet locations provided during onboarding.
  • Transactional & Order Data: Item checkouts, order timestamps, table seating tags, till cash session balances, and payment status.
  • Guest Ordering Data: Customer contact details provided via QR menu ordering, WhatsApp WaOrder messaging, or table reservation requests.
  • Voice & AI Agent Logs: Transcripts of voice inquiries and message conversations handled by our native Ayra AI Agent for service quality and booking confirmation.

2. How We Use Collected Data

We process data exclusively to provide, maintain, and optimize the Entellra platform. Corpela Inc. does not sell customer or guest data to third-party advertisers.

  • Processing orders, counter till checkouts, and routing digital tickets to Kitchen Display System (KDS) panels.
  • Executing automated inventory depletion and vendor purchase order suggestions.
  • Enabling Ayra AI Agent to answer guest questions, confirm table bookings, and dispatch delivery riders.
  • Maintaining system uptime, security monitoring, and generating operator analytics reports.

3. Data Security & Storage

All data transmitted through Entellra is protected using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Local POS till hardware uses secure encrypted database caching to maintain offline service resilience during internet drops.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We only share data with essential third-party service providers required for core operation (such as cloud hosting infrastructure and delivery aggregator dispatch bridges like UberEats/DoorDash). All third parties are strictly bound by non-disclosure agreements and data protection standards.
