How Corpela Inc. (corpela.com) safeguards till checkouts, database records, and cloud communication across Entellra.
All data moving across Entellra registers, KDS panels, and cloud servers is protected with end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Sensitive operational databases are stored using AES-256 bit encryption at rest.
Entellra integrates with PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processing channels. Credit card numbers and payment tokens are processed directly by certified gateway providers and are never stored on local POS till hardware or Corpela Inc. application servers.
Local network communication between counter tills, ordering tablets, and kitchen display screen (KDS) panels operates on encrypted peer-to-peer tokens. This prevents unauthorized local network eavesdropping or packet tampering during service.
Cloud ledgers are backed up automatically every hour with multi-region redundancy. In the event of hardware failure at a restaurant outlet, replacement hardware can be paired in under 15 minutes with complete historical state restored.
