Entellra operates on a flat monthly or annual subscription basis per outlet (Starter, Pro Suite, or Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
New restaurant operators subscribing to Entellra for the first time are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription activation if the platform does not meet their operational requirements. No questions asked.
You may cancel your Entellra subscription at any time directly through your operator account dashboard or by notifying your Corpela Inc. account manager. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
